QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be independently licensed in the state of Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LP, or equivalent)
• Experience in faith-based counseling (or willingness to integrate Christian principles into therapy)
• Ability to commit to at least 10 hours/week (morning, afternoon, evening shifts available)
• Passion for helping individuals, couples, and families through Christ-centered, clinically excellent counseling
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree
• Must be willing to be credentialed with insurance upon hiring (we apply for you)

Redefine is a group of licensed psychotherapists who provide counseling and consulting services for individuals, couples, children, teens and families, with a specialization in Christian counseling. Our office is based in Keller, TX and we offer both in person and telehealth services.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all clinical documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is up to date daily, including treatment planning, progress notes, and assessments.
• Attend regular staff meetings to enhance treatment skills.
• Able to work your choice between 1-2 evenings a week or on Saturdays.
• Participates in quarterly and annual review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Redefine dress code as defined in our written policies and procedures.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized.
• Perform counseling duties per the rules of the Behavioral Health Executive Counsel in the State of Texas.
