A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm); additional compensation for evening hours Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: LSCSW or LCPC in Kansas and/or Missouri Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
