The applicant would preferably have 2+ years experience on new build and 18th Edition but can be discussed.
Experience working on new build projects is essential
needs to work to a strict completion schedule
Positive approach to engaging with customers.
A full and current UK driving licence
City & Guilds 2391 or C&G’s 2934+2935 level 3 inspection and testing preferred but not essential.
Capable of working on your own or part of a team
This is a self employed role working on a price per plot. Excellent rates for the right candidate.
guaranteed 36months contract with potential for a lot more.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
