ABOUT GOOD ROOTS

Good Roots is a national professional services firm dedicated to helping farm and food businesses build strong financial, management, and marketing foundations. We support entrepreneurs in creating sustainable, profitable enterprises that contribute to a more regenerative and resilient food system.
We work with hundreds of farm and food businesses across the United States to help them build a new kind of food system – one that is healthier for people, better for the environment, socially responsible, and strengthens local communities.
After establishing our firm over the last 15 years we are seeking to further expand our ability to positively impact the agricultural and food systems. This means growing our team significantly. If you are looking for a career in professional services and want to work alongside an eclectic group of passionate farm and food enthusiasts, then please apply!

We also strongly encourage you to include one solid farming or food pun or a brief explanation of your favorite tomato variety.
We look forward to getting to know you!
