From website copy and blog articles to SEO-optimized guides and digital campaigns, you’ll drive a content strategy that reflects our standards of excellence and expertise in the luxury recruitment space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that supports our growth across international markets
  • Write service page content, blog content and articles that are SEO and AEO optimised, using EEAT, on-page SEO best practices, keyword research and internal linking
  • Build, maintain and evolve our content calendar - delivering a consistent stream of engaging, high-value content to help the brand become thought leaders in household and hospitality staff recruitment
  • Refresh and optimise existing website content to improve rankings, clarity, and brand voice
  • Track the performance of content to measure its impact on conversions and leads using analytics tools
  • Research customer pain points, industry trends, luxury lifestyle topics, and competitor content to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure content aligns with business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or copywriting
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proactivity and interest in helping shape the marketing strategy of the business
  • Proven knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
  • Experience managing a content calendar and juggling multiple deadline
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and AI writing tools
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
