Description Fulton Manor - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Department: Fulton Manor - Long Term Care Facility Status Hours: Full-time or Part-time Shift: 8 or 12 hour shifts available Includes: Weekend & holiday rotation ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Summary: Fulton Manor, the long-term care facility at Fulton County Health Center, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. This role offers flexible scheduling options, including both full-time and part-time positions, with shifts available across all hours. The positions include weekend and holiday rotations. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Adapt to the changing needs of residents and the environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
