OVERVIEW

We are seeking a fun loving Cook to join our small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety, with a keen interest in creating delicious meals. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality dishes to our children.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Cook is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Set shifts are Monday and Friday from 9.30-1.30. TERM TIME ONLY - 38 WEEKS PER YEAR. Additional hours could be available to cover sickness.

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to menus.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
