Our mission is to provide memorable experiences for kids and their families through safe and engaging play. Cashiers play a crucial role in delivering a seamless guest experience from the moment families walk in. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Welcome guests and process ticket and product sales Guide families through check-in, waiver, and wristband process Support party check-ins and birthday coordination Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area Assist in refunds and minor guest service needs Requirements Friendly, organized, and comfortable with technology Previous POS or front desk experience is a plus Strong communication skills and calm under pressure Availability on weekends preferred Schedule & Hours Part-time | 5 to 6.5 hours per shift |
