The Opportunity Engage with customers to translate business objectives into AI‑enabled workflows that create tangible value. This role focuses on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, combining solution design with strong consulting and communication skills. What You’ll Do Lead discovery workshops; define AI use cases and solution roadmaps Configure Copilots (settings, authentication, orchestration, agents, tools, topics, prompts, connectors) in Copilot Studio Orchestrate flows and integrations using Power Platform tools Establish governance, security, and adoption strategies Measure impact and iterate based on feedback What We’re Looking For Customer‑facing consulting experience; strong facilitation and storytelling skills Expertise in Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Business process understanding and requirements analysis Ability to craft effective prompts and guide user adoption Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. Familiarity with enterprise compliance and change management.
