Job Description This is a temporary position - A 12-Month Contract Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing fast. You will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Manager - ERP & BI, you will take on the role of Dynamics 365 functional expert, playing a key role in all activities relating to the platform: evolution projects, periodic updates, support and maintenance, etc. Primary Responsibilities Act as Dynamics 365 functional expert, including Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) applications Master business processes and the configurations and developments supporting them in Dynamics 365 Participate in identifying business needs in collaboration with the team of business analysts, and translate them into functional system solutions. Act as the IT point of contact for business experts associated with the Dynamics 365 platform, and work with its manager to ensure delivery on schedule Analyze periodic supplier updates to identify impacts, new features, etc. Provide user training In collaboration with the ERP team, support platform users by helping to resolve their problems Participate in the development of test scenarios with the quality assurance analyst and take part in functional testing. Stay on top of Dynamics 365 developments and best practices Maintain up-to-date documentation and support the community of practice in its initiatives to continuously improve the user experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in functional analysis In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE or F&O (Dynamics GP, AX or CRM an asset) Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI, an asset Fluency in French (oral and written) and an intermediate level of English Excellent analytical and technical writing skills Concern for the quality of deliverables Enjoys teamwork and is a self-starter Contact: Ibrahima Amadou LY #LI-Hybrid Additional Information Ethics and integrity are fundamental values at CIMA+.
