Team player Motivated & Result Oriented Communicator Client minded Qualifications If you can bring: A good grip on system engineering concepts, leadership qualities, technical knowledge, writing and verbal communications. Professional understanding of documenting solutions to listed requirements. Strong UML skills is a must have. The insight needed to optimize the IT and change management resources by using your broad knowledge of recent IT-ICT developments , evolutions and Software development process Communication skills to translate requirements to the relevant parties, tactfully explain the need for change and respond to user needs in an adaptive or reactive environment Able to take ownership on the functional test plan and assist the development team with the end to end tests and the business with the end user acceptance procedure. Perseverance to keep up with the iterative agile process that is the development lifecycle A strong sense of ownership and commitment. Understanding of Project management methodologies and agile approaches like: Prince2, PMI, Scrum is a nice to have. Some Knowledge in programming languages is considered a plus Scrum Master experience is a considered a plus Fluent in Dutch and/or French (one of this language is mandatory) as well as a good working knowledge of English Additional Information Why choose us? Responsibilities

The Functional Analyst is responsible for documenting solutions based on listed requirements and translating requirements to relevant parties while tactfully explaining the need for change. This role also involves taking ownership of the functional test plan and assisting with end-to-end tests and user acceptance procedures.
