Job Description Functional Analyst Eurofins IT Solutions, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India With 36 facilities worldwide, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing (BPT) is the largest network of bio/pharmaceutical GMP product testing laboratories providing comprehensive laboratory services for the world's largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and medical device companies. POSITION TITLE : Functional Analyst REPORTING TO: Manager REPORTING LOCATION: Bangalore WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore Job Description Analyse high level user requirements from business as input, then author detailed user stories and present to software development teams in support of Laboratory software development projects. Work directly with business analysts and business users to understand and specific high level user requirements Plan out application logic and flow and prepare/present page mockups to software development teams Prepare user stories and technical documentation to be presented to software development team that details the specific requirements Present ideas in a group setting and facilitate constructive discussion to drive consensus Design state flow diagrams and other technical presentations to clearly illustrate intended processes Qualifications Strong systems analysis skills required Experience working in a team following scrum development methodology Ability to break down complex business requirements into discrete logical units for development Strong technical writing skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare fields Basic understanding of software development principles Basic understanding of database concepts Basic understanding of computer networking concepts Additional Information Personal Skills: Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude; Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential; Entrepreneurial thinking and flexibility to change; Very good English communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing); Structured and clear writing skills; Proven ability to solve complex business problems using analytical reasoning; Demonstrated positive attitude, self-motivated, team player. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
