POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Business Support Services, the Functional Analyst acts as a key point of contact and subject matter expert, bridging data management, reporting and configuration of systems changes between Shared Services and Enterprise systems and applications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting, Computing Science or Management Information Systems
- Minimum 2 years as a Functional or Business Analyst experience with ERP Finance Applications
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM & Finance modules (Payroll, GL, AP, AR, etc.)
- The ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with business users/stakeholders, and work harmoniously with others
- Strong planning and organizational skills, managing time and resources effectively to achieve results, effectively focusing on workload priorities while working within strict deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification in a Business Analysis program certified by the International Institute of Business Analysts
- Knowledge of SQL, Reporting and Data Analysis tools
- Knowledge of the post-secondary environment is an asset
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Proven organizational change management skills
