We are looking for an HR technology functional analyst (SuccessFactors) reporting to the team leader of HR technology. The team is mainly composed of SuccessFactors experts and other HR systems that support operational processes, continuous improvements and HR projects in a global context (all BRP groups/countries). The SuccessFactors functional analyst is responsible for converting business requirements into technical roadmaps detailing tool designs and configurations.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a similar technical discipline.
3 to 5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system.
Experience with Boomi would be an asset.
Problem solving, identifying and resolving technical and functional problems.
Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative and a focus on solutions.
The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
