Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024. Job Description Arηs Group, Part of Accenture is looking for a Functional Analyst (Junior/Medior) to join its dynamic team in Zaventem, Belgium. Role & responsibilities Understanding current processes, including BPMN modeling. Performing impact analyses related to new business requirements or updates. Updating and adapting existing documentation to new business needs. Preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint) to explain the system to the customer. Testing the application. Presenting meetings with the client to present updates or clarify functional points. Training users on how to use the new features. Qualifications Your profile Analytical mind and ability to clearly structure information Good communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Able to work collaboratively Technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word Basic knowledge of BPMN Basic understanding of UML diagrams Good knowledge of Excel would be considered an asset Familiarity with Jira would be considered an asset Understanding of Agile methodologies would be considered an asset Additional Information WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?
