Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Internet Banking platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of banking processes, regulatory requirements in Singapore, and a proven track record of delivering digital banking solutions. Prior experience in the Singapore financial ecosystem is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Internet Banking applications. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthrough sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Define user stories and acceptance criteria in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. Maintain updated process documentation and business process models. Ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and other regulatory requirements in Singapore. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain, specifically with Internet Banking or Digital Banking platforms. Strong understanding of retail banking and digital customer journeys. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Singapore's financial sector. Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of MAS regulations, PayNow, FAST, and local e-payment solutions. Professional certifications like CBAP, PMP, Agile BA, or Scrum Master are a plus
