JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and project management, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the development of technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a technical analyst role or similar position.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with database design principles and best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages including R, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI for reporting purposes.
• Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by assisting in project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement within existing systems and processes.
• Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to ensure efficient data management.
• Create detailed documentation using Visio for process flows and system designs.
• Employ programming languages such as R, Python, and VBA to automate tasks and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Apply Agile methodologies in project management to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems and tools.
