KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for D365 F&O enhancements and implementations.
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Provide functional expertise in finance, supply chain, procurement, and other relevant modules of D365 F&O.
  • Work closely with developers, consultants, and IT teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support to users.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within D365 F&O.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data integrity policies.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics updates, new features, and industry best practices.

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing. Knowledge of D365 F&O finance module would be an asset.
  • Proficient in conducting UAT, system testing, and performance validation
  • Experience with system configuration, workflows, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools would be an asset.
  • Understanding of business processes related to ERP systems including but not limited to Procurement, Warehouse operations and Sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a project lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail to identify and address system issues and business process gaps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to business users.
  • Flexible in handling changing business needs, system upgrades, and evolving project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience in ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience in writing Business Requirements Documentation and Functional Design Documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be an asset
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications would be an asset.
