Functional Configuration Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Validate functional configurations against Technical Requirements Specifications (TRS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with project team members to update placeholder information in TRS documents, eliminating any “TBDs.”
- Ensure that the configuration workbook aligns with the configurations implemented in the gold environment.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the To Do Playbook, ensuring all necessary tasks are documented and tracked.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on configuration status and any identified issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in a relevant configuration role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in documentation and specification validation processes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
