OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and supply disaggregation processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing supply chain planning solutions to meet global business needs.
This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, driving root cause analysis, process improvements, and best practice implementations.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & DOCUMENTATION

• Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across different geographies.
• Create and maintain process documentation, business use cases, and user stories.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

• Develop training materials and user guides for business and technical teams.
• Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to end-users.
