Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Specialist with expertise in Workday HCM to support our HR digital transformation in the construction sector. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday modules to meet the unique workforce needs of a dynamic, project-based environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in rolling out enterprise Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferably in Workday.
  • Candidates with full-cycle HRIS project experience would have an added advantage.
  • Possess good working knowledge on prevailing Singapore employment regulations, PDPA, and preferably familar with the practices in construction sector.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder engagement and management skills, project management skills, presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Design and manage custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR analytics and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with payroll systems and third-party vendors using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • Lead system upgrades, test cycles, and change management activities.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to HR and site administration teams to ensure effective system adoption.
