Responsibilities

Analyse business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
Conduct gap analysis and define user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Elicit, analyse, and document business needs by developing EPICS and Stories that clearly define requirements and their implementation within Salesforce.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators to design and implement system improvements.
Support system testing, create, conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing, and training efforts to ensure successful deployment.
Managing Salesforce data models, data acquisition, and data quality across integrated platforms.
Ensuring the security, scalability, and operational efficiency of the Salesforce environment.
Overseeing release management and ensure controlled, efficient platform updates.
Providing quality customer service to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth business operations.
Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce solutions with associated applications.
Support system testing, create, conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing, and training efforts to ensure successful deployment
