Vendor & Partner Oversight: Manage external Microsoft implementation partners and third-party ISVs, ensuring deliverables meet strict SLAs and project scope.
Change Management: Facilitate business process workshops, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and partner with business units to drive user adoption and operational readiness.
