Description
About the role: Turium is seeking high-potential IIM graduates with a B.Tech or B.Com background to join our India consulting team as Functional Consultants. In this role, you will work across business analysis, ERP functional support, process optimisation, and project coordination for enterprise transformation programs. This is ideal for someone who wants to combine consulting, ERP functional work, and delivery execution in a fast-growing, AI-driven organisation. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business processes across finance, procurement, HR, or operations. Support ERP functional activities: requirements, functional specs, UAT, data validation, and documentation. Assist in designing future-state workflows and identifying improvement areas. Translate business needs to technical teams for configuration and development. Coordinate project tasks, stakeholder communication, governance updates, and status reporting. Prepare process documents, reports, and functional materials. What We’re Looking For: MBA from an IIM (A/B/C/L/I/K/S or top-tier IIM). B.Tech or B.Com undergraduate degree. Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills. Interest in ERP, business processes, consulting, or functional system design. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams. Nice to Have: Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or any ERP platform. Experience in BA/PMO internships or consulting exposure. Understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, or HR processes. Why Join Turium: If you’re an IIM graduate looking to build a strong consulting career with hands-on ERP experience, this role offers the perfect blend of business analysis, functional design, and real delivery impact. Join us at Turium and be part of a modern, high-growth team shaping the future of enterprise transformation. At Turium, you’ll work at the intersection of consulting, ERP, and AI-driven enterprise transformation. We offer a rare opportunity for IIM graduates to build real functional depth while contributing to high-impact projects working directly with senior consultants, ERP specialists, and delivery leads across our India–Australia model, gaining hands-on experience that goes far beyond traditional entry-level consulting roles. We prioritise meaningful responsibility, and the ability to shape real client outcomes from day one.
