More about the role

As a functional engineer you’ll be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to the team and turning User Stories into working technology solutions to achieve the required business outcome. You’ll act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor from IT for the Team’s Product Owners. Delivering highly qualitative solutions must be in your DNA!

• You’ll communicate, translate and simplify business requirements (in e.g. User Stories) to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
• You’ll be responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance and security of the Products in scope of the team.
• You’ll design tests and test plans for prototypes and Products in scope of the team.
• You’ll develop and provide required user training.
• You’ll contribute to the S/4HANA project, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless integration to achieve business goals.
• You’ll analyse problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.
