Support front-line clinicians in their professional development and make a significant impact on families served. Daily Impact looks like: Support clinicians in delivering the evidence-based model, Family Functional Therapy (FFT, FFT-CM, and FFT-G) with adolescents struggling with delinquent behaviors. Cultivating growth in the team Support marketing of Savio programs Help track outcomes and participate in quality assurance activities Provide direct support to your team as needed Grow with Savio through: Comprehensive training and support to deliver evidence-based interventions with high fidelity Clinical supervision hours and other professional development Weekly case consultations with consultants and team To belong at Savio you need to: Be Flexible and self-motivated.
