Functional Application Manager – Procurement & Supplier Domain (Confidential, Zuid-Holland) 📍 Location: Zuid-Holland (hybrid) 🕒 Employment: 32–40 hours per week 💶 Salary range: €3.400 – €6.100 gross per month (based on 40h, excl. holiday allowance) About the Role Do you want to use your IT expertise to make a meaningful impact and help optimize business processes? We are looking for two Functional Application Managers who will bridge IT, end users, and the implementation partner within the Procurement & Supplier domain. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with operational teams to improve process efficiency, data quality, and release stability. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Tasks What You’ll Do Act as the link between business, IT, and implementation partners within the Procurement & Logistics domain Analyze incidents and change requests, and translate them into impact analyses and functional designs Manage supplier data, workflows, master data, and user roles within D365 F&O Support key users during system changes, UAT, and release preparations Drive structural process improvements and contribute to documentation, configuration, and testing standards Take ownership of functional documentation, governance, and process optimization Requirements About You You are a proactive and communicative professional who thrives at the intersection of IT and operations. You understand how technology supports business efficiency and know how to translate technical possibilities into clear, practical solutions for users.
