About the Role
As the Functional Lead for Dynamics 365 CE, this is an exciting line management role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet our customers’ strategic goals. Your role involves engaging directly with customers understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.

  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationships.
  • Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshops.
  • Manage the team, mentor and guide other team members in their professional development.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE products to align with client needs.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and system optimization.
