JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Lending Functional Lead (Corporate Banking) with deep expertise in FIS ACBS to join our Core Banking Transformation Program. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering the bank’s future-state corporate lending landscape, covering bilateral, syndicated, and structured lending as well as trade finance.
The ideal candidate will combine strong domain expertise in corporate lending with hands-on ACBS knowledge and program coordination experience, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into system solutions and delivered successfully within the transformation roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking within Financial Services, with strong focus on lending and syndicated loans.
• Hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (configuration, functional design, implementation, or support) – mandatory .
• 3+ years of experience in core banking/lending transformation programs, including system implementation and migration.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending products and familiarity with credit approval, covenant monitoring, and collateral management.
• Proven program/project coordination experience in multi-vendor, multi-country transformation environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
