Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the proper running state of the trading platform, customer portal, MES application
    and other internal applications, along with all related components.
  • Act as the first technical point of contact for Asian internal and external customers and
    collaborators, providing support level 1-3.
  • Monitor orders and trading flow, ensuring the full integrity of the order book between the
    trading platform and ERP. Maintain trading flow master data and databases.
  • Troubleshoot errors, debug, and correct orders and database records in various systems
    (trading, DB, ERP, MES).
  • Monitor infrastructure composed of SAAS products, network, servers and databases.
    Troubleshoot outages and coordinate proper resolution with different partners.
