We’re looking for a Functional Tester to join a Test Engineering team within an international banking environment and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products. You’ll be part of a project squad, driving testing activities from strategy to execution. What You’ll Do: Define, promote, and uphold best practices in software testing Build test plans and contribute to test strategy development Design and prepare manual and automated test cases Execute test scenarios (manual and/or automated) Report defects, follow up on fixes, and ensure successful test closure Qualifications What You Bring: Technical Background Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, Development or similar 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum Knowledge of BDD frameworks Soft Skills Clear and effective communication Team‑oriented mindset Strong problem‑solving approach Good time‑management skills Ability to negotiate and influence when needed Languages Portuguese: Advanced English: Fluent Additional Information (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week) Are you the one?!
