Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Functional Testing Manager/Staff Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site. Reporting to the Design Center Head or EE Director, the Functional Testing Manager/ Staff Engineer role involves responsibilities to lead testing team or act a professional staff engineer to complete each project to meet customer’s requirement in Power Supply Unit/Power Solutions. What a typical day looks like: • Lead testing team for developing and implementing Test and Automation process with a focus on power supply product (SMPS, BBU, Chargers/Adaptors, Wireless Chargers), interfacing with test equipment and fixturing, as well as needed electrical test circuit in jigs. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field of equivalent experience and requires a minimum of 6 years of for PSU, UPS, BBU or EV charger testing experiences. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) is required.
