QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably in hedge funds, private equity, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with crypto exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, etc.), wallets, and DeFi protocols.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and fair value accounting principles.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with crypto accounting tools (e.g., Cryptio, Ledgible, Integral) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations across fund strategies.
• Reconcile wallet balances, exchange balances, and on-chain activity (e.g., staking, liquidity mining, token distributions).
• Maintain and improve internal accounting controls and systems (Crypto-native GL systems, Excel, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Coordinate audit preparation with external auditors, administrators, and legal counsel.
• Prepare monthly investor statements, capital calls, and redemptions.
• Track token vesting schedules, valuation methodologies, and fair-market pricing for illiquid assets.
• Monitor gas fees, exchange fees, slippage, and cost of capital to refine fund profitability models.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, and compliance teams for smooth end-to-end workflows.
• Assist in setting up new fund structures (SPVs, feeder funds, segregated accounts) with compliance support.
