DESCRIPTION

The Consultant, Private Market Operations will be supporting the implementation of Chronograph as a portfolio monitoring solution (PMS), specifically for Real Estate investments (primary focus) and Credit investments. The primary responsibility will be providing end-to-end support as it relates to the investment and investment operations teams with respect to the system implementation, including investment onboarding onto the platform, data capture, validation and management, and reporting. The role will require teamwork and close collaboration with Middle Office and Investment Operations, Investments and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Identification, collection and updating of data from multiple sources to support portfolio monitoring system requirements.
  • Analyze internal and external data inputs, analytical outputs and reporting for accuracy and reasonability, support the identification of issue root causes by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Regulate information flow from various parts of the organization to investment teams.
  • Establish new business processes, including roles and responsibilities, associated with the target state support model for the portfolio monitoring solution.
  • Provide expertise with respect to Real Estate finance/operations, with knowledge in Credit investments being an asset.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
