We are seeking ambitious students/recent graduates to join our Private Assets team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in fund administration for private equity, FoFs, private debt, and infrastructure funds. This role offers unique exposure to alternative investments and complex fund structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fund accounting activities for private equity, FoFs, infrastructure, and private debt funds
• Assist in preparing capital call and distribution notices
• Help maintain investor allocation schedules
• Support waterfall calculations and carried interest computations
• Assist in quarterly NAV calculations and financial statement preparation
• Help track investment portfolios
• Support commitment tracking
• Assist with investor reporting and capital account statements
• Help maintain partnership accounting records
