• Lead the end-to-end investor reporting process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across a range of fund structures.
• Drive the automation of reporting workflows by integrating diverse governance models and fund setups into scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Oversee and enforce high-quality standards for all investor deliverables, helping to position the organization as a trusted, forward-thinking partner for fund managers and investors.
• Collaborate with technology teams to continuously improve and adapt internal tools, aiming to reduce manual work and streamline data processing.
• Act as the key point of contact for fund managers and Limited Partners, managing communications and responding to reporting-related inquiries efficiently.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on resolving key challenges related to investor reporting, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders—including legal, operations, and finance—to ensure consistent reporting processes and alignment across the organization.
