A premier investment firm is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst for a 12-month on-site contract position in New York City. This role is ideal for individuals with an audit or fund accounting background who are looking to transition into a more strategic, investor-focused reporting function.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, the Investment Team, and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation and delivery of quarterly investor reports, ILPA templates, and various ad-hoc communications that support transparency and reporting accuracy for key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–10 years of experience in audit, fund accounting, investor reporting, or investor servicing
• Strong understanding of the alternative investment space (e.g., private equity, credit, real assets)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tool
