Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fund and SPV administration, including management accounts, financial statements, audits and tax compliance
• Act as the main contact and senior escalation point for a portfolio of clients
• Review work to ensure it meets a high standard
• Lead, mentor and develop team members
• Manage relationships with external service providers
• Support new business, client proposals and onboarding
• Drive process and technology improvements
• Manage billing and fee collection
• Monitor compliance, KYC and key service metrics
• Support senior leadership with planning and budgeting

Requirements

• Significant experience in fund or SPV administration
• Qualified accountant (CA / CPA or equivalent)
• Strong financial reporting knowledge
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Understanding of audit, tax compliance and KYC requirements
• Excellent communication skills
