MISSIONS

• Review and ensure the quality of financial instrument data by conducting daily data quality checks and resolving exceptions.
• Manage queries from clients, auditors, and internal teams; act as a key contact for escalated data issues and coordinate change requests with clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor the accuracy of derivatives/OTC pricing provided by service providers, perform ad hoc data enrichment, and cross-check security setups.
• Research and propose new control methodologies related to derivative/OTC products.
• Implement and oversee service level agreements, ensuring service providers comply with data processes and procedures, while monitoring KPI reports for accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including service providers, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Take initiative to review and enhance existing processes, improving controls and expertise in specific market products.
