• Review and process supplier/vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and received goods.
• Manage payments in accordance with the scheduled payment run and log received payments to appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee and review daily Fund Valuations (NAV Prices) prepared by Fund Administrators before market release.
• Address Fund investor queries, collaborating with internal Account Managers and investor services teams.
• Assist in coordinating Financial Year-End activities for Australian Funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy
