DISCOVER your opportunity As a member of the Investment Support team for Prime, you will be playing a key role in supporting the investment management activities across AXA IM Prime’s private market strategies. The team provides portfolio control services and management support in relation to middle/back office services, ensuring the accuracy of portfolio data, overseeing middle and back-office providers. The team interacts with management as well as various other teams within AXA IM and external service providers. Key Responsibilities : As a team member, you will contribute to the following activities, in close coordination with your team: Portfolio Oversight & Fund Operations Review and validate NAV packs prepared by Fund accountants (TB, GL, investment schedules and CAS) . Perform independent checks of portfolio assets valuation (official, technical, and estimated), fee provisions, carried interests… Prepare Valuation Committee packs and record decisions. Perform reconciliations between Front Office tools (eFront, Simcorp, Vidrio), accounting systems, and custodians. Oversee management and control of fee invoices (management fees, admin/custodian fees, legal fees and other charges), expense budgets, and GP billing. Review Audited Financial Statements of Funds and GPs. Risk, Audit & Compliance Support internal and external audits, risk reviews, and internal control certifications. Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and risk mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to escalation procedures and incident management. Reporting Produce and validate regulatory reports (AIFM, etc.). Support client due diligence and respond to operational queries from internal and external clients. Provide input for KPI dashboards and service provider monitoring. SHARE your unique experience Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in fund operations, middle office or audit, ideally in private equity or asset management. Good understanding of middle/back office activities, accounting principles. Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment. Proficient in MS office, databases and financial software applications (SimCorp, EFront, or similar front-to-back platforms). Fluent in English, French is a plus.
