YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Draft and update prospectuses, offering memorandums, and legal documents for UCITS V, AIFs, and plain vanilla funds
• Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• Maintain corporate documentation, including minutes, registers, and statutory filings
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (e.g. CSSF), external legal advisors, and internal teams
• Monitor regulatory developments (UCITS V, AIFMD, SFDR) and assess their impact on fund structures
• Support fund launches, restructurings, and liquidations from a legal and governance perspective
• Ensure good corporate governance and compliance with legal obligations
