QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree and AFP Certification with 5 – 7 years experience in the fundraising/development field.
· Familiarity with the Ukrainian community in Canada.
· Proven success in securing major gifts and building long-term donor relationships.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
· Willingness to travel.
