Job Description We’re looking for a Fund Finance & Control Manager to play a key role in strengthening financial governance across our Real Assets and Private Markets portfolio. This is a leadership position focused on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and robustness of financial information, while driving high standards of control, review, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external administrators, and auditors, acting as a trusted expert in technical accounting and financial control, and building a high-performing team environment. What you’ll be doing: Leading the financial control review framework across Real Assets entities, ensuring independence and consistency Reviewing and challenging financial information produced by third-party administrators Ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance of outputs with accounting standards and internal policies Providing technical accounting oversight across complex transactions, judgements and structural events Partnering with auditors and internal stakeholders to support audits and governance processes Driving continuous improvement in control frameworks, processes and review methodologies Overseeing third-party service provider performance and supporting resolution of control issues Managing and developing a team of Financial Control Analysts, setting high standards for quality and performance Who we’re looking for: Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting expertise, including IFRS Deep understanding of financial control environments, governance and audit processes Experience in Real Assets, Real Estate or Private Markets environments Proven background in financial control, audit or technical accounting roles Experience reviewing and challenging outputs from third-party administrators Strong leadership skills with experience managing or developing teams Confident decision-making and ability to apply sound technical judgement Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management and a continuous improvement mindset Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
