QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION

Essential:

• Fluent English both written and verbal
• Educated to at least degree level

• Relevant professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA etc.

EPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

At least 10 years’ e

• perience within the Funds Finance industry with a minimum of 2 years at Director levelProven track record in originating and e
• ecuting subscription and NAV fund finance debt transactionsE
• perience in structuring and negotiating transactions, including long form documentation.Client facing and relationship management e
