Job Summary:  Acts as the key coordinator for oversight of onshore funds and ETFs, bridging internal teams, investors, regulators, and vendors. Ensures smooth, compliant day-to-day operations by managing operational risks, resolving issues, overseeing outsourced service providers, maintaining robust controls and timely reporting, and supporting product development and ongoing operations.     Key Responsibilities:   1. Operations Oversight * Review daily NAV reasonableness and oversee accurate, timely NAV dissemination for onshore funds and ETFs. * Oversee ETF trading and distribution operations to ensure correct execution by outsourced service providers. * Investigate, coordinate and support resolution of transaction-related issues raised by investors, institutional clients, and distributors.  * Validate the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of operational data produced by outsourced service providers. * Ensure internal and external operational reporting is delivered accurately and within required timeline.   2. Vendor Oversight & Stakeholder Management * Monitor custodians and third-party service providers for compliance with internal policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Manage exceptions and operational incidents with service providers; drive root-cause resolution and continuous improvement. * Communicate new requirements and initiatives to service providers; ensure high-quality, timely delivery. * Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.    3. Audit, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting * Support internal, external and regulatory audits relating to internal controls, distribution statements and financial statements; support regulatory surveys as required. * Prepare, review, or support the review of regulatory announcements and regulatory reports. * Ensure accurate and timely provision of data and materials to audit, compliance, regulatory stakeholders.   4. Control & Risk Management * Assist in designing and embedding operational control points, with particular focus on manual processes. * Support annual Risk and Control Assessments (RCA), including documentation of operational changes.  * Assist with Risk event (E&O) recording, investigation support and follow-up actions in ARCHER.    5. Projects/ Change Delivery * Deliver ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Line or Functional management. * Support onshore Fund and ETF launches in partnership with Investment, Client Group, Global Technology and outsourced vendors.   6. Teamwork and Behaviour Excellence * Continuous demonstration of expected behaviours and wide impact on Schroders culture. * Delivering results through inspiring and supporting all colleagues, within team and around the firm, particularly those under pressure; generous with time and advice. * Presents a professional, unstuffy and friendly image; considerate, tactful and diplomatic at all times.   Qualifications * Regulatory-required licenses: Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professional, or Senior Securities Specialist. * Experience in onshore funds; ETFs knowledge strongly preferred. * Prior experience in Fund operations or a related role within the SITE industry.   Essential Skills * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices for onshore funds and ETFs. * Familiarity with industry-standard operations systems and tools. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.   Desirable Skills * Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Strong service-provider management and issue-resolution skills. * Patience and resilience under pressure.   Responsibilities for All job roles: Maintain up-to-date qualification to perform professional duties including regulatory required training   We're a global investment manager.
