We are looking for a Fund Operations intern on a rolling basis, with a minimum commitment of four months, who will drive various topics to contribute to bunch’s growth and learning by doing.

HOW THE ROLE CONTRIBUTES TO THE COMPANY VISION

• You will have the unique opportunity to help us operationalise our go-to-market strategy in the fund administration space and gain valuable insights from customers in the enterprise segment
• You will support our Fund Operations team on business-crucial topics, from execution to process improvement, tackling real-life operational challenges
• You’ll have a direct impact on user experience and the success of the business by ensuring the deals we facilitate are executed at the highest possible quality
• This role is set up to equip you with the skills to succeed in a full-time Operations role at bunch, a VC, or any other startup

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be part of our Fund Operations team, supporting the execution of pre- and post-close operations processes, including capital calls and distributions
• You will manage treasury services for our enterprise customers to ensure timely payments
• You will support the coordination and communication with external stakeholders, customers, and users
• Most importantly, you will identify and develop opportunities to improve our workflows to enhance the quality and speed of delivery
