Our ClientOur client is a growing investment management firm with an established presence in Dublin.Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Fund Operations Manager to join their team.

• Who should apply?This role will suit experienced professionals from Fund Administration, Asset Management Operations, Middle Office, Depositary, Custody or Investment Management environments.7+ years' relevant experience
• Strong Fund Operations or Fund Administration experience
• NAV, valuation and reconciliation knowledge
• Experience managing operational exceptions and breaks
• Experience working with Fund Administrators, Custodians, Depositaries and/or Transfer Agents
• Outsourced service provider oversight experience beneficial
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls and governance
• Experience with fund launches and other fund lifecycle events advantageous
• ETF or capital markets operational exposure beneficial
• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills

• Role and Reporting LinesWorking as part of the Operations function, responsibilities will include:Fund Operations – Oversee key operational processes across a range of investment funds
• NAV & Valuation Oversight – Review NAV exceptions, pricing issues, reconciliations and unexplained fund movements
• Service Provider Oversight – Manage relationships and operational performance across key external providers
• Operational Issues – Oversee settlement fails, cash breaks, collateral issues and reconciliation exceptions
• Governance – Support due diligence, KPI/KRI monitoring, service reviews and ongoing provider assessments
• Fund Lifecycle – Support fund launches, share classes, mergers, liquidations and other fund events
• Regulatory Reporting – Support relevant operational and regulatory reporting requirements
• Operational Risk – Maintain appropriate controls and support operational resilience and third-party risk management
• Management Reporting – Prepare operational reporting and MI for senior stakeholders and governance forums
