Who we are looking for
Fund Order Services (FOS) is looking for an experienced Investment Funds Specialist / Business Analyst to assist develop the FOS product through its next phase of growth. This role will be responsible for providing expert level inputs to operational processes and also support technical developments for a wide range of processes within FOS activity.
With experience in Financial Operations and technical background the successful candidate will demonstrate a successful track-record of delivering complex projects relevant for FOS area of activity (i.e. Investment Funds).
Your new role

As a Fund Order Services Senior Specialist you will:

  • Provide expert level Daily Operations Support as well as Client Support
  • Support implementation of automation initiatives aimed at FOS processes optimization
  • Contribute to Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, KYC, Regulatory reporting activities within the business unit
  • Provide assistance during Client onboardings
  • Contribute to strengthen FOS business processes and IT infrastructure
  • Carry out testing of new IT functionalities and document tests’ results

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business, economics or financial topics (or comparable apprenticeship)
  • 5+ years of experience within financial services in a similar role
  • Power user of Office 365 applications - technically confident with coding experience in VBA preferred;
  • Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
