For our Fund Provider Management team in Zürich, we are currently looking for a highly committed, serious and detail-oriented individual, willing to join a small, experienced and stable team. The Fund Provider Management team is responsible for the setup, maintenance and life-cycle management of all global distribution agreements, trailer fee negotiations, service fees, placement fees and all funds on the offering shelf of Julius Baer. For this part-time position, we require someone who enjoys providing excellent service behind the scenes and has a solid understanding of the fund business. YOUR CHALLENGE Support a team of senior fund specialists in B2B tasks and operations with external fund partners Collect, verify and approve information received from global asset managers, and maintain the fund universe on the offering shelf Key account management (setup, maintenance, life-cycle management...) and overall responsibility for the relationship with external distribution partners YOUR PROFILE Previous experience in a similar role and/or a strong understanding of the fund management business Independent, autonomous, attentive to detail, focused, and capable of impeccable communication with internal and external stakeholders Take joy and pride in maintaining existing processes and delivering excellent support behind the scenes Willingness to work at the office every day (part-time role) Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
